Getting here

Nessebar Old Town is a pedestrianised historic peninsula, joined to the new town by a narrow causeway. Cars cannot reach most of it, so nearly everyone arrives on foot.

From Nessebar new town — about a ten-minute walk across the causeway, past the Old Windmill.
From Sunny Beach — roughly fifteen minutes by either the regular bus or the water taxi.
From Burgas — about 35 km, roughly 40 minutes by car or bus.
From Burgas Airport (BOJ) — about 30 km, roughly 35 minutes by car.

Reservations are made by telephone on +359 88 976 2606. There is no online booking system. Booking ahead is advisable in July and August, and for terrace tables around sunset, which are the most requested tables in the restaurant.

Note that Nessebar Old Town has cobbled and uneven streets throughout. The restaurant entrance is accessible, but the approach across the historic peninsula is harder going — calling ahead lets the restaurant advise on the easiest route and reserve a suitable table.
